This sign is out in a field that I drive by each morning on my way to work. I work at a Private School and it is in the midst of its second annual outdoor art show.
So for lunch, these two generous guys brought me lunch and we explored the outdoor art. We love a lunch time adventure.
This little guy holding a balloon is awaiting me each morning as I drive into school, and I loved that Cole got to meet him.
Cole kept asking to kiss him, but we insisted that the sign reads “Do Not Touch.”
Cole wanted to touch everything, but instead we worked on posing with the art . . .
We have explored outdoor art before with Cole, and he loved what he called the “stick ball.” He called this the “stick football.”
The more we explored, the more interested Cole was in all the interesting sculptures.
He loved flying with the bird.
It was a lovely lunch hour. We found that we not only enjoyed the art together, but that when you are with a child, nature itself is interactive art . . .
Updating as we go . . .
